The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

Dining on the lovely terrace was a treat, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Plus, arriving late was no bother as check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly late-night reception.

The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and the room felt stifling without air conditioning. Also, I was disappointed by the evening service, which lacked warmth.

We only stayed for one night, but it was great! Check-in was super smooth, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had an amazing variety of tasty options. I loved the strong water pressure in the shower, and it was nice to have access to a small gym and sauna.

Clean rooms and a good variety at breakfast made my stay enjoyable. The staff were really helpful when I left my phone in a taxi. they assisted me in retrieving it, which I appreciated. The restaurant downstairs was nicely decorated, and the atmosphere was welcoming, ideal for working. The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was a bit cramped. The shower door opened outward, making it tricky to use the mat. The location is convenient, but getting to Frankfurt can be pricey, especially via taxi. Staff behavior varied. some were great while others seemed less attentive. I felt there were issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, and I experienced some frustrating interactions during meal payments. Overall, while there were definite positives, service inconsistency and higher food prices were notable drawbacks.

great access to parks and charming landmarks nearby

during my stay, I appreciated the excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the nice breakfast options, while also enjoying some nearby parks like Weilbacher Kiesgruben, just under 3 km away, perfect for a stroll and some fresh air.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a nice shower. Free bottles of water were a really nice touch too! !

Prices were a bit on the pricier side, but still acceptable.

We enjoyed the spacious comfort triple room, ideal for our family with two teens. The breakfast was impressive with a great variety, and we also loved a nice dinner on the terrace. The setting felt relaxing, especially with the beautiful garden entrance.

In my wife's opinion, it would benefit from better kids' entertainment options.

Additionally, the housekeeping team is efficient in maintaining clean rooms, offering a comfortable environment during my business trip.

No HVAC system in the room caused discomfort.

Just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Hofheim am Taunus with great value for money. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was super convenient, making my travel much easier. Be sure to ask about the shuttle service when you check in.
